Shrimp Scampi     

Ingredients:
1 lb. unpeeled large shrimp
8 oz. pkg. linguine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:
Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact; devein. Cook linguine according to package directions; keep warm. Cook garlic and pepper flakes in butter, oil and wine in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, 4 minutes or until garlic begins to brown. Add shrimp, and cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add salt and lemon juice, and spoon mixture over linguine. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
