Korean Beef Tacos
Ingredients: 2-3 lbs. Chuck Roast
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated or minced (or 1 tsp ground ginger)
1/2 jalapeno, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
Shredded cabbage
Preparation: Place everything in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred and serve in tortillas and top with cabbage.
