Smoked Sausage and Cabbage
Ingredients: 2 smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb. small potatoes
1 lb. baby carrots
1/2 cabbage, roughly chopped
onion, sliced
2 onion soup mix, divided
1 can beef broth
Preparation: Place trivet in pot, add potatoes, carrots, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, and half the smoked sausage; then cabbage, onion, and remaining sausage. Sprinkle beef onion soup mix over and beef broth. Manual high pressure for 8 minutes (at altitude), quick release.
