Churro Ice Cream     

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 qts half & half

Preparation:
Combine eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, Eagle Brand & sugar in bowl & mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into freezer can; add evaporated milk, stir well. Add half & half to fill line on can & freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
