Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken     

Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice, parmesan, and cream in Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, quick release. Remove the chicken and allow to rest while you reduce the sauce.

Select sauté on the Instant Pot and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 7-10 minutes, reducing to 1/3 cup. Stir in the parmesan cheese, cream, and lemon. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is heated through (but not boiling). Spoon the sauce over chicken.
