Smoked Sausage with Sauerkraut and Potatoes
Ingredients: 2 cups of water
1 pound kielbasa, cut into 1″ slices
1 can sauerkraut
1 to 2 white potatoes, peeled and cut into a large dice
1 small white onion, diced
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
3 Tbsp of olive oil
Preparation: Press the sauté button, add olive oil, stir in diced potatoes and onions. Cook for a few minutes until the potatoes and onions have softened a bit. Add your sauerkraut and water, and stir well. Layer kielbasa on top. Cook on the high pressure 5 minutes, quick release.
