Pecan Pie
Ingredients: 3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups whole pecans
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Preparation: In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter & vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center & edge comes out clean. Cool.
