Rhubarb Custard Pie     

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup cream
2 cups rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Preparation:
Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour & cream; add rhubarb. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes; reduce heat and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
