Sushi Rice
Ingredients: 2 cups dry Calrose Rice
4 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation: Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine 4 Tbsp of the vinegar with the sugar and salt, whisk until sugar has dissolved. When rice is done cooking, spread it into a baking pan. Pour vinegar mixture over rice and toss to evenly coat. Cool rice completely in the refrigerator.
