Korean Beef Bowl     

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Sriracha, or to taste

Beef:
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 lb beef steak, cubed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. crushed red peppers
1 tsp. onion powder

Bowl:
1 bag cauliflower rice
1 Napa cabbage, sliced thin
4 green onions, chopped
snap peas
broccoli florets
carrot, shredded
1 avocado, sliced
cucumber, sliced thin
red bell pepper, sliced thin
red onion, sliced thin

Preparation:
Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha, set aside.

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ground ginger, crushed red pepper, and onion powder. Divide in half, marinate beef at least 30 minutes. Set aside remaining half.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add sesame oil and beef. Sear beef on all sides, remove from skillet. Add reserved marinade to skillet and cook until thickened slightly. Return beef to skillet and heat through.

Meanwhile, prepare cauliflower rice.

Serve beef over cauliflower rice and cabbage. Top with desired vegetables and spicy mayo.
