Herbed Corn
Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, softened
2 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp chives
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 ears corn
Preparation: Combine butter, parsley, chives, thyme, salt & pepper; spread on corn. Wrap each ear in foil. Grill over medium coals for 7-10 minutes turning often. Or roast in oven at 350. If roasting in husks with silk removed, cook about 20 minutes, turning often.
