Creamy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients: 1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pound brussels sprouts, halved
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation: Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the brussels sprouts, pepper, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Bring the cream, rosemary, garlic, and remaining salt to a simmer in a saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in 1 Tbsp. of the cheese until melted.
Drizzle the sauce over the brussels sprouts and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
