Sausage & Shrimp Kabobs     

Ingredients:
12 ounces smoked sausage, cut into ½ inch slices
12 ounces raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Oil sprayer bottle with olive oil
1 ½ Tablespoon BBQ seasoning
6-8 bamboo skewers

Preparation:
Soak bamboo skewers at least 30 minutes. Cut to fit in air fryer.

Pat dry shrimp with paper towels. In a large bowl spritz shrimp and sausage with oil, add BBQ seasoning and toss to combine.

Tuck the sausages slices in the curve of the shrimp and thread them on skewers.

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Place the sausage and shrimp skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.
