Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries     

Ingredients:
18-24 large strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Preparation:
Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops and carefully hollow out the center using a small spoon or melon baller, creating a pocket for the filling.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated for a light and fluffy filling.

Fill the Strawberries:
Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or use a small spoon to carefully fill each hollowed strawberry with the creamy mixture.

Garnish:
For an extra touch, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry to add a bit of texture and flavor.

Chill and Serve:
Place the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the filling to set. Serve chilled for the best texture and taste.
