Grilled Tuna with Tomato Salsa     

Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp dry white wine
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
4 tuna steaks

Preparation:
Mix vinegar, olive oil, wine, and dressing mix until well blended. Stir in half the basil. Mix 2 Tbsp of this mixture with remaining basil, tomatoes, onions, and cheese; set aside.

Place remaining dressing mixture in a ziploc bag, add tuna, turn to coat all sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove tuna from marinade, discard marinade. Grill tune 5-7 minutes on each side or until tuna flakes easily with fork. Serve topped with tomato mixture.
