Green Chile Stuffed Burgers
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 can green chiles
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
monterey jack slices
guacamole
salsa
buns
butter
Preparation: Form 8 thin hamburger patties. Combine green chiles and cream cheese. Place a small amount of cream cheese mixture on 4 patties, top with remaining patties and seal edges. Grill to desired doneness. Meanwhile, spread inside of buns with butter, brown on grill. Top with monterey jack, guacamole, and salsa.
