Frog Eye Salad     

Ingredients:
1/2 - 3/4 box acini de pepe
1-3/4 cups pineapple juice
2 Tbs. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Preparation:
In small saucepan, combine pasta, juice, flour, eggs, salt, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour over cooked pasta. Refrigerate overnight or 2-3 hours. Blend remaining ingredients in pasta mixture and chill.
