Teriyaki Drumsticks     

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
approx. 14 drumsticks

Preparation:
Pull skin off chicken (use a paper towel to help grip). Combine ingredients for marinade in large Ziploc bag. Add chicken, turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Drain & discard marinade. Place chicken in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes.
