Apple Butter     

Ingredients:
Approx. 11 Apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation:
Fill Instant Pot to 2/3 line with apples. Add remaining ingredients on top. Cook on high pressure 90 minutes, natural release. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into slow cooker, cook uncovered on high 2 1/2 hours or until mixture is thick, stirring occasionally.

Fill the jars with ΒΌ-inch headspace, seat the lid and lightly tighten the ring. Process pints 5 minutes, quarts 10 minutes.
