Avocado Crema for Tacos     

Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 cup cilantro
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream or Mexican Crema
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
