Sour Cream New Potatoes     

Ingredients:
3 pounds new potatoes, scrubbed
2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
salt and white pepper

Preparation:
Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water until they are tender, 10-15 minutes. Mix the sour cream, butter, and horseradish, then season with salt and white pepper. Drain the potatoes and gently stir into the sour cream mixture.
