Black's White Burritos
Ingredients: Filling
2-3 cups cooked diced chicken
1 sm can green chiles
1 8 oz package of cream cheese ( room temp)
Diced onions, lightly sauté in a little oil
Sauce
1 can Stokes Green Chile with pork
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
8 Flour tortillas
Grated chedder cheese
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, green onions
Preparation: Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Put a spoonful of chicken filling and small handful of cheese on each tortilla; roll up and place in pan. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
Grill instructions: use a metal pan. Take a small aluminum tray and fill with fruit wood chips- put on one side of the grill; put the burritos on the other side of the grill; start the side with the wood chips. Run on med low ( 200 degrees) for about 45 mins. Then put the burritos in the middle of the grill. Turn on the opposite side of the grill ( so pan is in the middle – burners on both outside burners are on med high) close lid until done. This will give your meal a smoky flavor. Should be done in about 15-20 mins (350 degrees) depending on the Temp of your grill
