White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies     

Ingredients:
1 pound butter, room temperature
1 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp. vanilla
4 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. white chocolate chips or chunks
1 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Measure flour, baking soade and salt in a large bowl and blend together. Set aside. Beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar and beat again. Scrape down the bowl and add the white sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla, beat and scrape again. On low speed, add flour mixture 2 cups at a time and mix well. Gently mix in white chocolate and nuts. Place dough on prepared cookie sheet, spacing evenly. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 48 cookies.
