Blackened Spice Rub     

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Good on fish, chicken or pork.
