Baked Crab Rangoon      

Ingredients:
2 cans crabmeat, drained, flaked
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
12 wonton wrappers or 15 egg roll wraps

Preparation:
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine first 4 ingredients. Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 12 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrapper over rim of cup. Fill with crab mixture.

Or, spread about 2 tablespoons of filling on one edge of egg roll wrap. Dip your fingers in water and generously moisten the opposite edge of the wrap. Tightly roll the wrap around the filling. Baste each roll with canola oil until well coated.

Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. If using rolls, turn them over halfway through.
