Toffee     

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp white syrup
1 Tbsp water
chocolate
crushed walnuts

Preparation:
Cook to hard crack stage or until candy thermometer reads 290o. Pour in greased pan. Melt chocolate over top. Sprinkle nuts over chocolate.
