Dry Rub, Pork     

Ingredients:
1/4 cup paprika
2 Tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup coarse salt
1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation:
Mix well in food processor. This will coat up to 6 pounds pork ribs or 10 pounds pork shoulder or butt.
