Autumn Sausage Skillet
Ingredients: 1 pkg. Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 lb. potatoes (about 10 small potatoes, quartered)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bottle of flavorful beer of your choice
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
Preparation: Cook and stir sausage and potatoes in oil in a large skillet over medium-high, heat sausage until lightly browned. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add beer, sauerkraut and mustard to skillet; mixing until blended. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Return the sausage and potatoes to the skillet; continue cooking for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Salt & Pepper to taste.
