Brine, Poultry     

Ingredients:
1 cup Kosher Salt or Sea Salt, salt without iodine or other additives
1 cup Molasses
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Water to cover (Try adding several cups of Orange Juice)

Cut recipe in half for chickens or other small poultry

Preparation:
Mix salt, molasses and brown sugar in 4 cups boiling water then add to cold water. Add brine solution to container and cover with water.
