Brine, Honey Bourbon Salmon     

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Honey bourbon (+ 1 shot for the chef)
1/2 cup Cold water
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper

Preparation:
Whisk all ingredients together, administer 1 shot for chef
Place salmon & brine in zip-lock bag, remove all air, seal bag
Brine for 2 hours in refrigerator, turn every 30 minutes
