Chai Ice Cream     

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand
1 qt chai tea concentrate (Oregon Chai Original)
1/2-1 qt half & half

Preparation:
Combine eggs, vanilla, Eagle Brand & sugar in bowl & mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into freezer can; add evaporated milk and chai concentrate; stir well. Add half & half to fill line on can & freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
