Beer Cheese Dip     

Ingredients:
12 oz. cream cheese
4 cups shredded Cheddar
6 oz. Guinness

Preparation:
In a mini slow-cooker, combine cream cheese, cheddar, and Guinness. Cover and cook on low, stirring well every 10 minutes, until warmed through and creamy, about 1 hour.
