Lemon Tart
Ingredients: 1 15 oz pkg refrigerated all ready pie crust
1 15.75 oz lemon pie filling
1 egg white, beaten
2 tsp milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Preparation: Preheat oven to 400. Unfold pastry dough for 1 crust & place on 12 inch pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spoon lemon filling onto dough & spread to within 3/4 inch of edge of pastry. Brush edge with beaten egg white. Unfold & top with remaining pastry. Press around edge with finger to seal. Prick top surface with a fork & brush with egg white. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. With fork, stir sugar & milk together until smooth; drizzle on top.
