Vanilla Ice Cream     

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand
1 1/2 qts half & half
fruit, chocolate chips, oreos, etc. if desired

Preparation:
Combine eggs, vanilla, Eagle Brand & sugar in bowl & mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into freezer can; add evaporated milk & fruit if desired; stir well. Add half & half to fill line on can & freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
