Cheeseburger Mac
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
16 oz elbow macaroni
2 cans beef broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz American cheese
Preparation: Saute ground beef and seasonings until crumbled and meat is no longer pink. Pour in uncooked pasta and broth. Cook on high pressure for half the time on the pasta box (plus 1 minute at altitude), quick release. Add milk and cream and slowly stir in both kinds of cheese.
