Ranch Pork Chops & Potatoes     

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Pork chops
Ranch dressing mix
1 stick butter
1 cup chicken broth

Preparation:
Peel and quarter potatoes, place in Instant Pot. Put pork chops on top and sprinkle with Ranch dressing mix. Add butter and chicken broth. Cook on high pressure 5 minutes, natural release 5 minutes.
