Mushroom Soup     

Ingredients:
1 Lb. Mushrooms, sliced or chopped
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
2 Cups Vegetable Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Thyme
2 Large Bay Leaves
1 Cup Half and Half
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

Preparation:
Combine the mushrooms, garlic, broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaves in Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, quick release. Remove bay leaves. Stir together half and half and cornstarch. Set the Instant Pot to sauté and half and half mixture. Simmer until thickened.
