Salmon Bites     

Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon filet, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
Sesame seeds for garnish
Crushed red pepper for garnish
Green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
Rice, prepared
Edamame, shelled, cooked & cooled
Carrots, shredded
Cabbage, thinly sliced
Broccoli florets, roasted

Preparation:
Remove salmon skin using a sharp blade and discard. Chop salmon filets into 1’’ cubes, set aside.

Mix teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder. Divide, coat salmon bites with half the sauce.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 350F, arrange salmon pieces in one layer. Cook for six to eight minutes or until cooked through.

Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds, crushed red pepper and green onions. Serve remaining sauce as dressing.
