Vinaigrette Dressing     

Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:
Whisk together the garlic, dried oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually beat in the olive oil to form an emulsion. Mix in the vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
