Crab Rangoon Balls     

Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp crab meat, chopped
1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 egg
Pinch salt
Grated Parmesan

Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, crab meat, and green onion. Roll into bite size balls, place on parchment lined baking sheet. Place in freezer about 1 hour until firm.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Beat egg with a pinch of salt. Coat each ball in egg wash, then roll in Parmesan. Cook in air fryer 6-7 minutes.
