Smoked Corned Beef     

Ingredients:
Corned Beef Brisket

Preparation:
Rinse brisket
Season with light rub
Smoke at 250 degrees until internal temperature is 190 degrees

2 hours on smoker fat side down
Move to covered pan for 3 hours, add water but do not cover brisket, increase temperature to 300 degrees

Add potatoes and carrots for the last 1.5 hours
