Smoked Cabbage     

Ingredients:
Cabbage
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire

Preparation:
Remove core from cabbage
Pour in Worcestershire
Add butter
Replace core
Wrap cabbage with core end up, leave core unwrapped
Smoke 1.5 hours at 300 degrees or 2 hours at 225/250
Close wrap around cabbage after half of smoke time
